How billing works
- Sign-up invoice = 1× monthly plan + 1× refundable retainer (credited to your final invoice upon termination).
- Monthly invoices issued on the 25th, due by the 5th.
- Add-ons billed every Monday.
- Top-ups invoiced instantly upon request.
- Overage (€2.90) appears next month if no top-up was bought.
- Platform fee €29/mo — waived for Core/Pro/Plus and for the first 2 months of any new client.
- Pay via SEPA (EUR). PLN or USD on request.
