Important: every outer box must clearly include a unique client_ref. Internal RMA is generated by EU Returns Hub during intake. If client_ref is missing, the parcel enters a matching hold process, usually 24–48 hours, and a €1 / item no-ref handling fee applies. Read the RMA logic →
Add-ons
Charged only when used.
Add-ons cover more complex operating cases such as oversize goods, export preparation, disposal, extra photos, priority handling or storage beyond the included 14 days.

Billing logic
Clear billing, separated by cost type.
Monthly plans, platform fee, add-ons, Top-up and Overage are recorded separately so clients can understand where each cost comes from.
- Signup invoice: usually includes the first monthly plan and a refundable deposit. The deposit may be credited or returned when the cooperation ends.
- Monthly invoice: issued according to the selected plan. Add-ons and excess usage are recorded based on actual events.
- Add-ons: recorded weekly or by operational event, such as storage, export preparation, oversize handling or disposal.
- Top-up: prepaid +100 return capacity, invoiced when ordered. Useful for securing extra capacity in advance.
- Overage: if no Top-up is purchased, returns above plan capacity are billed at €2.90 / return.
- Platform fee: €29 / account / month; waived for all new clients during months 1–2, and always waived for Core / Pro / Plus.
- Payment currency: EUR by default. Contact us in advance if you need PLN or USD billing.
Cost control
The purpose of pricing is predictable operations.
The expensive part of returns is not only the per-item fee. Real cost appears when the workflow has no structure: unidentified parcels, long storage, repeated communication, delayed decisions and untracked execution work.
