Programme terms

Clear rules protect both sides.

The partner programme is built for long-term cooperation, not one-off lead dumping. Partners should help qualify sellers and support the first communication layer when needed.

Clause Programme rule
Commission 10% lifetime MRR on monthly plan fees, excluding add-ons, while the client is active and paid.
Qualification The seller must complete activation and pre-pay the required first invoice. No active paid client means no commission.
Attribution First-click attribution for 60 days. Same-origin links preserve referral code when available.
Partner duties First-line communication support where relevant, basic lead qualification and timely escalation to EU Returns Hub.
Inactivity freeze If the partner does not respond or support required duties for 3 months, commission may be paused until duties resume.
Claw-back If a client churns within 90 days, affected commission may be deducted from future payouts.
Non-poaching No transfer, solicitation or poaching of active EU Returns Hub clients for 12 months.
Capacity Initial capacity: 10 client slots. When at least 7 are active, additional slots may be added.
Payout Monthly statement and payout on NET15 terms after client funds are received. SEPA or Alipay may be supported by agreement.

4. Track active clients

Commission applies to active paid clients attributed to your partner code under programme rules.

5. Receive statements

Monthly statements show eligible clients, plan fees and commission calculation.

6. Scale capacity

As referred clients stay active, your partner capacity can expand beyond the initial client slots.
