Is this a subscription?

No. One-time purchase. A license-based digital product.

Do I need a warehouse to start?

Not necessarily. You need a controlled intake point and a disciplined method to record arrivals, produce evidence, and close cases. Warehouse scale can be added later.

Can I run this outside the EU?

The operating model is global. EU framing is the default. You must adapt legal terms, tax handling, and compliance for your jurisdiction.

What languages are included?

PRO includes EN + 中文 website structure. Documents are provided in English.

How fast can I deploy PRO?

You can publish the site and deploy the CRM quickly using the Deployment Guide. Real readiness depends on your ability to accept and close your first cases under local constraints.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature, sales are final after access/download, except technical issues (broken link / duplicate charge).

Can I share the kit with others?

Only within the same legal entity / internal team. No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public sharing, uploading, or posting.
